- Clients must ensure they are fit to participate and disclose any relevant medical conditions before attending.
- Incroyable Hair Life & Skin Care reserves the right to decline participation if we believe it may not be safe for the client.
2 Bookings & Payments
- All bookings must be made via our website, email, or phone.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used before the expiry date.
3 Cancellations & Refunds
- Classes & Appointments: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
- Workshops & Events: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event may be refunded. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
- In the unlikely event that Incroyable Hair Life & Skin Care. cancels a session, you will be offered a rescheduled appointment or a full refund.
4 Products
- Products sold through our online store are intended for personal wellness and lifestyle use.
- They are not medical treatments and should not replace professional healthcare advice.
- Refunds for products are only available if items are returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase.
